College Contenders
We continue our countdown of Division I Men’s programs that can compete for a national title. Each week, we’ll put out our breakdown for a team that has the ability to be top-ranked throughout the season. On the latest episode, Gruskin is joined by Matt Stachowiak and Chris Halioris to talk about the Stanford Cardinal! The deep dive is in podcast form here, but we’ve also got a video that sums up the outlook on our YouTube channel. Give it a view and subscribe!
USP Virtual Showcase
Staying on the theme of college tennis…our friends at University Sports are putting on a great event for you to get recruited by college coaches! With the difficulties that COVID has presented to the recruiting process, this showcase allows you to have face-to-face conversations with coaches from across the country, all in one event. Register for the event and save $$$ with our discount code CR2020 or CR2020PLUS.
Last week, we got a chance to sit down with Founder & CEO of University Sports, Thomas Anderson. Check out the interview to hear his journey, how recruiting has changed amidst COVID, and his insight around the upcoming virtual showcase!
Crack ONE Open
Join us for our live happy-hour show on the TennisONE app! Guests hop on the platform with Gruskin to chat, answer tough questions, and of course, drink! Last week, we had the legendary Bethanie Mattek-Sands join the show, and it didn’t disappoint. Tune in next week to see someone new in the hot seat! Download the app here.
Australian Open Updates
With 2021 just around the corner, we’re not used to this many questions surrounding the first slam of the year. But with COVID protocols and safety in mind, many Australian Open logistics are still up in the air or unknown. The latest reports indicate a February 8th start with mandatory quarantine beginning January 15th. Stay tuned for more info…hopefully soon!
